The Azienda Agricola Prione estate is situated in Tremosine sul Garda within the Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
Vineyard
Facing south, clay soil with a good presence of active limestone. Altitude of the vineyard 550 meters a.s.l.
Tasting notes
Ruby red. It is characterised by a bouquet composed of scents of red berries, particularly of cherries, against a background of spicy hues and mineral tones. Full bodied and warm to the taste, balanced and with an excellent long-lasting aftertaste.
Recommended pairings
Excellent with cheeses and second course meats, roasts and game dishes.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil of a superior category obtained from an accurate selection of olives coming solely from its farm, hand-picked, and promptly processed according to a cold pressing process at its oil mill.
An oil with a strong personality, very representative of the territory in which it is produced.
This oil is best paired with grilled fish and boiled meats, white meats and bitter flavoured vegetables.

Extra virgin olive oil of a superior category obtained from an accurate selection of olives solely of the Leccino variety coming from its farm, hand-picked, and promptly processed according to a cold pressing process at its oil mill.
